Refund Policy

How billing, cancellations and payment issues are handled.

Before you pay

Prices are shown before you confirm any payment — for a subscription and for each rental. Rentals are charged separately from a subscription.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscription. Your plan won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Rentals

A rental unlocks the title for the period shown before you pay. For a title that hasn’t been released yet, that period starts at its release time.

Payment issues

If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or paid but didn’t get access, raise a support ticket under Billing with the details from My Account → Payments, and the team will review it.
